Training

Intensive, practical, effective

I provide practical training for managers, with ample opportunity for exercises. This training prepares you for those moments when you need to get straight to the point for your company or organization. I'll get you ready for that heated panel discussion, for meetings with employees who will have lots of questions, for debates with the local council, and for dialogue with superiors, works councils, suppliers, and customers.

My work in international teams and a long stay in the USA motivated me to take a closer look and delve deeper into the secrets and success strategies of international collaboration. What concepts exist for classifying and describing cultures? What do I need to know about myself and my culture of origin? What skills are helpful in collaboration? These and other topics are addressed in our training on intercultural collaboration.
