It all starts with active listening: You are the expert on your own context. From this, a clear proposal for approach and measures emerges – with a binding offer. Roles, responsibilities, and phases are transparent at all times.
Methods
I always consider the task I'm entrusted with holistically, and from different perspectives – 360°. Because even though everything is moving quickly, clarity at the beginning is the solid foundation for everything that follows.
My methods for working with teams include
- Team Journey: Jointly tracking the team's history, past changes, and developing future visions.
- Goal and values work: Development of shared values, goals, guiding principles, and reflection on individual and collective resources
- Experiential anchors: Reflection and further development of skills such as communication and joint constructive problem-solving through team activities and the shared experience of surprising events.
In my consulting work on change processes, I use, among other things, the Change Canvas, a visual method to clearly present important aspects for planning and implementation.
