From this, a clear proposal for approach and measures emerges \u2013 with a binding offer. Roles, responsibilities, and phases are transparent at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading entry-subtitle\">Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I always consider the task I'm entrusted with holistically, and from different perspectives \u2013 360\u00b0. Because even though everything is moving quickly, clarity at the beginning is the solid foundation for everything that follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"listcaption\">My methods for working with teams include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team Journey: Jointly tracking the team's history, past changes, and developing future visions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goal and values \u200b\u200bwork: Development of shared values, goals, guiding principles, and reflection on individual and collective resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiential anchors: Reflection and further development of skills such as communication and joint constructive problem-solving through team activities and the shared experience of surprising events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In my consulting work on change processes, I use, among other things, the Change Canvas, a visual method to clearly present important aspects for planning and implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading entry-subtitle\">Principles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Active listening.
